Our Beginning

Life has many challenges. Many of our basic challenges arrive from balancing our emotions. We vacillate daily in different modes, different moods and we are often in different environments that push us to modify our emotions within moments.

For many of us, this task is effortless. We can seamlessly go throughout our day with moderate controls that maintain a balance. We live in the moment and we can tighten and release the valves of our reactions, our responses and thoughts effortlessly with smooth transition.

Some of us react differently to the challenges of controlling our emotions and keeping the healthy balance. Social interaction is a task that without considerable effort, can be troublesome as well as a disaster. We lose confidence each time we interact because we are struggling to get it right over and over again. We want to be understood and recognized, but we are muffled in our communication and miss social cues that come easily to others. We just want the opportunity to be heard and understood. We are not trying to “fit in” with society, unless we choose to, we want to be able to navigate better through our emotions so that society can understand us more.
